1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of CocoBet and every bet or game you place with us. By opening an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2. Who may play

1. You must be 18 or over and legally able to gamble where you live.
2. One account per person. Accounts opened for someone else, or with false details, are closed and balances may be withheld.
3. We verify identity before the first withdrawal and whenever the law requires.

3. Your account and money

• Deposits are credited when the payment provider confirms them.
• Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with, within the times shown on the Payments page.
• Any tax the law requires us to withhold is deducted at the point the win is credited and shown on your statement.

4. Bets

A bet is accepted only when it appears in My Bets. Nothing can be changed or cancelled after that.

5. Bonuses

Bonus funds are subject to the Bonus Terms. Wagering requirements apply before a bonus becomes withdrawable.

6. Responsible gaming

Deposit, loss and stake limits, time-outs and self-exclusion are available from your account at any time. See our Responsible Gaming page.

7. Complaints

Write to us through the Contact page. If we cannot resolve a complaint within 14 days you may refer it to the regulator named at the foot of every page.

8. Changes

We give at least seven days' notice of a material change to these terms. The version number and effective date are shown at the end of this page.
